This innovative program is designed to identify the critical skills necessary to assemble a high-performing team. Combining philanthropy with team building, this program encourages a corporate culture of collaboration, both at the team level and in the local community.
The Program:
- Competing teams must ultimately build a children's race car that will be donated to a local charity
- Car parts and tools are earned by completing several team challenges that require both teamwork and problem solving skills
- The final challenge engages the teams in a fast-paced race where the team's creativity and innovation are put to the test
