Program Description:

In Managing Change we explore the link between our need for innovation and our struggle to cope with the change it inevitably entails. Teams develop strategies to move from denying to embracing - even driving –change. Team members assess their own change hardiness, learn about the change cycle, and develop personal strategies to move from denial and anger to embracing … even driving … change.
In Organizational Change we examine how to initiate, plan and implement a major organizational change from a strategic perspective. We examine several change models and a step by step approach to changing your organizational culture. We recommend a multi-day, multi-stage approach to this training.
