The Program:
Do you have a newly-formed team or one that is simply looking for a tune-up? In this session you will experience high performance teamwork, understand its value and know how to achieve it at work. You will build strong relationships and learn the basics of team development: collaboration, problem solving, group decision making, trust and communication. Exciting challenge activities anchor six main learning modules. From these engaging experiences, team members establish patterns of successful interaction. Team members will finish by developing a shared team vision and creating a code of best practices to carry them forward.

Format:
Summit applies a blended learning approach to fully engage all learning styles. This session will include:

• Four to six lightly active team challenge activities with debriefs
• Presentation of several key models for team development
• Discussions and action planning sessions

Full day (6-7 training hours)

Outcomes:
Team members will:

•  Value team work and their team’s diversity
•  Be fully committed to the team’s success
•  Understand team development stages
•  Understand the qualities of good teams and good team members
•  Deliberately take action

The team will:

• Perform as a cohesive unit
• Have a clear shared vision of their “world class” team
• Create best practices
