The Program:

Effective Leadership gives your leaders insight into the characteristics of “World Class” teams, and how they can create the conditions for their teams to excel. The Emotional Intelligence model provides a framework for examining leadership styles and guidelines for applying the right style at the right time. Leaders learn to create a team environment where trust, innovation and commitment flourish. Above all, they create their personal vision for “greatness” and a plan to get there.

Format:

Summit applies a blended learning approach to fully engage all learning styles. This session includes:

• Psychometric profiling tools such as Myers-Briggs(MBTI, Emotional Intelligence, LEAD, etc.
• Lightly active challenge experiences
• Periods of reflection and facilitated discussions
• Presentation of current theories and models
• Creation of personal leadership vision and action plan

Two-three Days (12-20 training hours)

Outcomes:

Participants will:

• Understand the Emotional Intelligence model of leadership
• Identify their leadership style preferences
• Understand team development
• Practice appropriate leadership styles and actions
• Develop a clear leadership Vision and a plan to achieve it
