The Program:
Are your team members locked in conflict? Does your team spend too much time “storming” and too little time truly performing? This session will introduce team members and leader to positive ways of looking at our differences, resolving conflict, and finding common ground in the team setting. We will explore the variables at play in all conflict situations including:
Participants will identify their own preferred conflict management style, learn to identify types of conflict and apply a variety of resolution strategies through role plays and case studies. In the full day session we will also look at useful tools such as active listening and effective feedback.
