The Program:
Is your team working from a rock-solid foundation of trust? This session examines our perceptions of risk – physical, emotional, and intellectual – and how we can sort out the real from the imagined. Through an unforgettable series of experiences, teams discover ways to create an enduring climate of trust and mutual support in the workplace. Team members extend their own comfort zone, take initiative, and benefit from a mutually supportive environment. This workshop involves dramatic high ropes course activities.

Format:
Summit applies a blended learning approach to fully engage all learning styles. This session includes:

• Lightly and moderately active challenges including high ropes activitites
• Periods of reflection and facilitated discussions
• Presentation of current theories and models pertaining to risk and trust
• Tools for dealing with perceptions of risk
• Personal action planning

Full Day (6-7 training hours)

Outcomes:
The Team members will:

• Evaluate their personal perceptions of risk
• Apply a simple model for assessing and confronting personal risk
• Extend their own comfort zone for taking personal initiative
• Create strategies for building trust in their team
• Create strategies to offer and acknowledge co-worker support

The Team will:

• Create a plan to develop a climate of high trust and mutual support at work
