Melanie started with Frontier Team Building in 2004 after graduating with a Recreation and Leisure Studies diploma from Niagara College. Melanie also spent one semester at Columbia Bible College in British Columbia participating in an outdoor adventure program.
As a volunteer, Melanie serves at a local church in a number of leadership roles. She is also involved wth coordinating volunteerism at a local shelter. Outside of work Melanie enjoys reading, entertaining friends and travelling.
