
With over 16 years of experience in a corporate setting and as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), Mary has become keenly aware of the impact that the well-being and happiness of "human capital" has on the bottom line of any organization. Her main career focus has been in the area of training and development. She has also played a critical role in establishing key performance indicators and coached individuals and teams at various levels of organizations.
Through her work as a corporate trainer, Mary has led team and leadership development events for groups in all areas of business. She has worked with small intact teams and large intermational teams from for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. She consistently shows her innnate ability to connect and relate to people at all levels within an organization.
Mary is a certified facilitator in Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) and achieved her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
Outside of work, she enjoys nothing more than playing with her two beautiful sons, her husband of 14 years and, of course, "Lucky" the wonder dog. Mary also finds time to get out for the occastional motorcycle ride and has recently taken up rowing.
