After graduating from teachers college, Claudia knew that she wanted to work with people and help them learn, but in a completely unique way. She entered the team building arena with a start in the adventure training field. She went on to direct an Outdoor Education Centre at Brock University, as well as work with varioius organizations on how they could implement experiential education into their programming.
Her experience as a training facilitator has brought her to Europe and Africa to work with international groups and leadership teams from non-profit agencies, as well as working with local charities in her community.
Claudia is also certified facilitator in the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI®) and trained in the process of Skilled Facilitation®. In 2007 she competed her accreditation for Consultant Development Intensive Training with Polarity Management®.
When Claudia isn't working with teams, she fulfills her passion for traveling and exploring new cultures, listening to music and giving back to her local communnity and the environment as much as she can.
