Scott has worked with some of the top training organizations in the world including, Pecos River, Aon Consulting and Outward Bound. He has studied adult learning, leadership, conflict resolution, change management, and much more at the hands of some of the most talented trainers in North America.
After graduating from teachers college, Claudia knew that she wanted to work with people and help them learn, but in a completely unique way. She entered the team building arena with a start in the adventure training field. She went on to direct an Outdoor Education Centre at Brock University, as well as work with varioius organizations on how they could implement experiential education into their programming.
With over 16 years of experience in a corporate setting and as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), Mary has become keenly aware of the impact that the well-being and happiness of "human capital" has on the bottom line of any organization. Her main career focus has been in the area of training and development. She has also played a critical role in establishing key performance indicators and coached individuals and teams at various levels of organizations.
Melanie started with Frontier Team Building in 2004 after graduating with a Recreation and Leisure Studies diploma from Niagara College. Melanie also spent one semester at Columbia Bible College in British Columbia participating in an outdoor adventure program.
Colin brings to Summit over 20 years of experience in the Corporate Training field. He has spent the last 5 years developing people with the New Zealand Outward Bound School. Colin has a Bachelor of Administration with a specialty in Human Resources.
